Responsible for providing the sales team with the necessary technical expertise to enable them to sell the travel packages, hotels, transportation services etc. particularly for individuals and groups. Preparing marketing brochures, updating website content and occasionally making on-site visits to hotels and other destinations to verify its suitability for our clients. Attending tourism events, conferences, workshops.
Plan, create, arrange operate and sell complex tour and travel programs particularly for groups and incentives. Provide and organize international travel packages by coordinating and negotiating with airlines, incoming tour operators, hotels, ground transportation services, tour guides, restaurants and partrners. Creating marketing brochures, updating website content, making on-site visits at destinations. Organising and attending tourism events, conferences, workshops, seminars and exhibitions.
I had the opportunity to challenge myself in a new field as an eployee of a 5 star airline company and to gain experience in Airport Operations at the New Hamad International Airport of Doha, Qatar. It was also a good possibility to work in a multicultural enviroment, reinforce my customer service skills, and refresh my arabic language knowledge.
