Huni resort is owned and operated by Sicogon Town Hotel, Inc. A subsidiary of Ten Knots Development Corporation (El Nido resorts in Palawan).
- Huni opened last July 2, 2018 with 19 rooms initally. 33 more rooms to follow in December 2018.
-Tasked to organize and run the day to day operations of the 19 rooms currently, in the 52 room resort.
- Manpower of (initially) 35 staff, along with one (1) sous chef, one (1) resort engineer, one (1) assistant hr manager.
- Monitors arrivals and departures of guests, and personally welcomes each and every one to the resort.
- Coordinates the activities of in house guests for the duration of their stay.
- Works hand in hand with the sous chef for special menus (buffet/private dinner/picnic).
- Works hand in hand with the resort engineer (if needed) in overseeing/monitoring resort upkeep, generator operations, and swimming pool maintenance.
- Works hand in hand with the assistant human resources manager to ensure manpower is at a desired and ideal level.
- Ensures application of waste management is adhered with strict compliance.
- Reports directly to the assigned OIC of the company.

Pre-Opening GM for the Jakarta unit of the Cafe. In charge of hiring from Management to rank and file. Oversaw the construction of the unit, along with liaising with the Singapore and US head offices. Upon opening, ensured KPI's are implemented on the management team. YOY (year over Year) revenue for 2013/14 was above target. Challenges ensued after - thereby programs such as live band, concerts, and other forms of entertainment were implemented, and we had winners, and losers. Completed the 2 year required contract. Reported to the VP for franchise based in Singapore.

1. Hired as Pre-Opening General Manager for the Jakarta unit by Hard Rock Holdings Inc (Singapore) and Hard Rock International (Orlando, Fla., Usa)
2. Overseen the set-up and construction (liaising with the Project Manager and the EVP of Hard Rock Café Holdings Inc.) of the new site from February 2013 until the soft opening in September.
3. In charge of hiring the operations team (Managers/Kitchen and Operations, Supervisors, and staff).
Also hired the Sales, Banquets and Marketing Manager, along with the support team.
4. Implemented monthly sales and marketing programs (in direct coordination with the Sales and Marketing Manager), ensuring it abides by the international guidelines of Hard Rock Café International.
5. In charge of implementing monthly and daily revenue, and giving goals to the Managers, Head of Departments, and Supervisors.
6. Ensures target revenue is achieved and other KPI’s per HOD (Head of Department) is implemented.
7. Since the opening in September, has maintained a FC (Food Cost) of 33% and BC (Beverage Cost) of 23% considering most of the ingredients are coming from outside (Importations)..
8. For 2014/Q1, has delivered an average of +12% on the EBITDA.
9. Reports directly to the EVP for Café Operations of Hard Rock Café Holdings Inc., and International Franchise Director of Hard Rock Cafe International.
