Work Responsibility:
Management, execution of survey all works and supports the Project Manager to deliver the Project on time, preparing survey proposal and strategic planning, and supervision of staff.
Verify the accuracy of survey data and layouts, including measurements and calculations conducted at site
Collects and analyzes drawings and field data and performs complex survey and engineering computations.
Prepare and supervise preparation of all data, charts, plots, records, As-built and documents related to surveys.
Check layouts in preparation of inspection for the government ministry approval.
Conduct trainings for assistants and other subordinates; give direction and support on their work in such activities as performing surveys and in survey proposal preparation.

Work Responsibility:
Performing survey work under the direction and guidance of the Chief Surveyor.
Establishing horizontal and vertical control points including reference ties for re-establishing the points in the field, Pre-pour checks etc.
Recording all measurements, rod readings and calculations neatly and accurately in field books as the work progresses.
Coordinating with the Contractor’s surveyor on work priorities and schedules.
Checking all work by completing traverse closures and bench circuits.
Reporting discrepancies or technical problems to the Chief Surveyor and Project Manager.
Maintaining equipment in proper condition and perform frequent calibration checks.
Researching legal records, look for evidence of previous boundaries, and analyze the data to determine the location of boundary lines.
Recording the results of surveys and verify accuracy of data.
Supervise Night Shift Survey Team of the Project.
• Responsible for all the survey layouts, vertical and horizontal elevation, establishing points and property lines.
• Supervise numerous manpower in Civil Works and Infrastructure Works.
• Supervise Earth Moving Works, Concreting of Roads, Foundation and Building Excavation
Sewage Line, Sewage Treatment and Pipe Layouts.
• Coordinates with Main Contractor for Daily Activity and works on site.
• Attends coordination meeting with Main Contractor’s Construction Team, Safety and QA/QC.
• Work as a leader and training my colleagues in survey works and handles team of surveyors, instrument man, survey aide and labors.
• Responsible for checking established points, horizontal and vertical elevations, contours, building controls points and property lines including reference ties for re-establishing the points in the field.
• Record all measurements, rod readings and calculations accurately in field books as the work progresses.
• Coordinates with the subcontractors surveyor and engineers on works priorities and schedules

• Review all architectural plans, structural plans, plumbing and sanitary as well as electrical plans and Infrastructure to eliminate mistakes and drawing conflicts and potential bottleneck.
• Attends coordination meeting for quality control, safety and architectural works.
• Coordinates with Project Manager, Field and Office Engineers for strategy in advancement of the project.
• Supervise formworks design and installation, reinforcement, concreting works, finishing works, tile setting and survey works.
• Handles concreting of retaining walls, roads, elevator pit and STP.
