Organizational Procurement
•Including but not limited to the purchasing and transporting of agro inputs and farm supplies-such as fuel, chemicals and staff living supplies, as well as Out of School Girls and out grower program inputs and supplies.
•Loading and delivering produce on a tight schedule, both within Fort Portal and Kampala.
•Sales and Marketing
•Locating new customers/markets for produce from farm, including but not limited to hotels, supermarkets, market vendors, and export clients.
•Coordinating pick-up and delivery of farm produce and seedling.
•Keeping detailed logs of collection pick up, and sales.
•Be a positive brand ambassador for KadAfrica within community at all times
•Ensuring all delivered passion fruit and other farm produce meets KadAfrica quality standards
•Out Grower Program Logistics
•Supervising harvests at out grower farms.
•Collection of passion fruit from Out Of School Girls and Out Grower project sites, as well as organizing transportation and marketing of product.
•Coordinating with site managers on distribution and storage of chemicals and other agro-inputs
•Keeping records of passion fruit harvested and sold, including invoices, goods received, delivery notes, etc.
•Assist with overall development of Out Of School Girls and Out Grower programming, including but not limited to curriculum development, data collection, mobile technology, community outreach, and helping to improve overall program efficiency
•Record Keeping
•Develop and maintain reporting templates, including but not limited to Out Of School Girls harvest records, Out Grower harvest records, sales reports, client database, grower database, etc. Updating these in company shared folders.
•Oversee the creation and submission of farm record templates.
•Communication of budgets and work plans on a weekly basis.
•Submit production, distribution, sales, and inventory reports on both a monthly and quarterly basis. .
Manage the marketing strategies & develop a strong customer base and maximising the company’s market share.
•Product promotion, explore new market opportunities and advertisements.
•Market research & Follow ups: collection of information relevant to the company’s products, constant monitoring of clients/ market behaviour and reporting.
•Maintain reporting templates, including but not limited to sales reports, client database, distributors database, etc. Updating these in company shared folders.
•Develop pricing strategies, balancing companies’ objectives and customers’ satisfaction
•Negotiate contract with vendors or distributers to manage product distribution and also establishing distribution networks / strategies

•Recommend products to customers based on customers need and interest and also sell all company products
•Answer customers question about products, prices availability products use and credit terms
•Plan, assemble and stock product displays in retail shops and make recommendation to retailers regarding products displays, promotional programs and advertising
