Assisting staff on loans, provident funds and medical compensation
Arrange booking reservations and leave settlements for employees going. Monitor online time and attendance system. Manage human resource payroll (HRPR) system for employee’s information
Process employee’s payroll and benefits on a regularly scheduled basis.
Respond to employee inquiries concerning their payroll file
Maintain and reconcile miscellaneous cash accounts for the facility. as may be directed
Assist with human resource functions,
Assisting recruitment manager with recruiting, interviewing, conducting reference checks if needed
Assisting staff on loans, provident funds and medical compensation
Monitor overtime to facilitate payment
Maintain employee personal file and records per company policy and legal regulations.
Assist in communication and implementation of all HR policies and initiatives
Maintain an updated Payroll Record of all employees’ details such as change in salary or allowances, absenteeism, sick leave, car loan or change in bank accounts
Create final settlements when employees leave the company permanently.
Prepare monthly reconciliation report of overtime hours in the system for each employee.
