· Perform sourcing for potential candidates to fill open positions through ATS.
· Perform screening calls and evaluate applicantsto submit top candidatesfor hiring
manager’s review.
· Partner with the hiring manager to identify competency questions for interview
consistence and quality.
· Main point communication between candidates, hiring managers, and arranging
interviews and follow up on feedback.
· Tracking and following up with candidates.
· Experienced in sourcing and hiring for all levels and departments. Such as: IT,
Services, Procurement, Sales
· Preparing employment offers
· Conduct weekly and monthly reports for the Talent Acquisition dept.
Tasks include but not limited to:
· Training and Development Department: Managed and organized employee data
linked to several contract agencies and related training assignments.
· Performance Management Department: Assessing performance documents.
· Talent Acquisition Department: Job description preparation and assessment.
