• Issuing all maintenance contracts (Banks and multi-branch organizations and firms) and follow upon all issued contracts if their payments.

• Coordinating with IT department on how to develop an efficient ERP system that satisfies the use of the CSC department.
• Quality assurance of developed ERP system in order to use it in the CSC department.
• Training Staff and team members to use ERP system.

• Dividing work load and tasks among the team.
• Monitoring the quality of work produced by the team.
• Monitoring if service offered to the client is done efficiently through monitoring of the team’s work.
