Leading the Receiving, FSS and Shipping Section at the POE Trans Hub Materials. Developed-Strong Leadership, accurate DynMRO transaction, Property Management, Transportation Movement, Operating Forklifts and special Tasks.
• Cooperation with the main hub’s QCC-US and QCC- UAE, and coordination with the buyers regarding the issues with materials tracking and tracing of shipments from UPS, DHL, DFS.
• Tracking and tracing of shipments from UPS, DHL, DFS, CENTCOM, National Cargo, and Local Suppliers.
• Inspect receiving and shipping yard daily and conduct material inventories and maintain integrity of -
physical counts and update inventory in database Daily Document Report.
• Prepare documents and reports, and file all truck paperwork TMR’s, and provide supervision.
• Training employees on the process of processing the materials in DynMRO, also instructed for the
process of physical verification on the materials and transportation movement; train employees in safe
handling and storage of chemicals and waste products.
• Provided customer-centric service and support, and assisted in product location and product
knowledge when needed
• Performing a visual inspection of the Truck for any damage to the load. Taking Photograph any obvious
damage. Checking all container seals for tampering and verifying the seal numbers against the TMR. If
discrepancies are found. Contacting supervisor immediately
• Downloading the entire truck in its own unique lane, marking each pallet with the date of download
with AWB/delivery note number. Prepares finished products for shipment or storage by placing
materials in inventory or shipping containers.
• Escort local trucks with Armed Gard from ECP-5 & ECP-4 for local purchase materials.
• Verifies materials or merchandise against received documents.
• Conduct physical inventory for LOTD materials and Miscellaneous Receipt in DynMRO.
• Operating 4K, 6K, 17K and 32K Forklifts, and performing before/during/after PMCS of Forklifts.
• Coordinated with property team for purchasing, export control, contracts, and other departments to
maintain and validate accurate records of Government Furnished Property (GFP) to include Company
Acquired Property (CAP) and Materials in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).
• Responsible for Government Property Acquisition, Receiving, Identification Records, Movement,
storage, Physical Inventories, Reporting, consumption, Utilization, Maintenance, subcontracts,
disposition and property close-Outs.
• Prepare all type of Lost, Theft, Damage and Destroyed (LTDD) paper works from departments and subcontractors and help them to make corrective actions, Conduct prevent LTDD training for all departments, reviewed and making sure the documented information, screened, and processed in a timely manner to Managers and LTDD office.
• Prepare and ensure the property documents for Site to Site Transfer (S2S) and Normal Wear and Tear (NWT) of Government Property and submitted in a timely manner to property department
• Conducted de-tagging for the LTDD and NWT items and prepared the DD form 1348 and turn in the items to DRMO.
• Prepared documentation for de-tagging the LOTD items
• Preparing handling, sorting, packing, securing, inspecting, certifying, and shipping HAZMAT Materials
using Department of Defense aircraft for Military Air Shipments.
• Maintains records and provides traceability of documentation through the company accounting or
tracking system.
