Job Responsibility
Operating knowledge of REVIT 2015, CADDUCT 3D, AUTODESK FABRICATION, NAVIS MANAGE 2014, 2015
Preparation of all Mechanical trade shop drawings based on REVIT, CADDUCT soft wares.
Preparation of HVAC shop/detail drawings and as built drawings.
Preparation of water supply shop/detail and as built drawings .
Preparation of firefighting shop/detail and as built drawings.
Preparation of drainage shop/detail and asbuilt drawings,
Preparation of MEP builders work & composite drawings.
Preparation of bottom of duct & level of pipe.
Preparation of Bottom of Pipes & invert levels.
Preparation of Fit-out shop drawing details.
Ensures and maintains quality for finished drawings.
Prepares drawing required for government permits and utility companies.
Coordinate the ductwork with other trade i.e. Plumbing, Fire fighting, Drainage, structural, piping, and electrical&interior design.
Preparation of duct, chw Piping, plumbing, fire fighting layout from single line diagram conceptual sketches &Engineering instruction.
Preparation Mep co-ordination dwgs (i.e. structural, plumbing, electrical, hvacdisplinedwgs)
Preparation of duct sizing, Piping sizing from airflow and water flow data.
knowledge of air-conditioning design.
Conducting site verification as required.
Securing all company documents at all times.
Recommending the changes for improvement in the system, methods and procedures.
Preparation of ducting layout according to the SMACNA, AIR MASTER Standard.
Builders work ( core and block wall & slab )
Ensure and Calculating the levels for the all services.
