- Ensure all maintenance work are carried out in accordance with the
approved Aircraft Maintenance Program (AMP) and the work performed
are released by a NAA approved Aircraft Maintenance Organization
(AMO).
- Develop Aircraft Maintenance Program (AMP) and Minimum Equipment
List (MEL) documents for the aircraft managed by airlines.
- Develop Reliability Program for aircraft managed by airline.
- Analysis the effectiveness of the Aircraft Maintenance Program.
- Establishment and development of continuing airworthiness policy,
management and the supervision of continuing airworthiness activities,
including the approval of operator Aircraft Maintenance Program as
required by Part M.
- Establish Non-mandatory modification embodiment policy.
- Establish Pre Flight inspection authorization holder and ensure its
accomplishment at specified period / timings.
- Develop operator Technical Log (Aircraft Technical Log) and get approval
by the NAA, including any subsequent amendments to the Technical Log.
Ensure that all Modification and Repairs carried out to an approved
standard.
- Ensure accomplishment of all applicable Airworthiness Directives and
Operational Directives with a continuing airworthiness impact.
- Monitor all deferred defect for timely closer and preventive action.
- Ensure as appropriate any additional requirements from NAA are review
and implement in a timely manner.
- Ensure that all incident and accident reported to NAA through Mandatory
Occurrence Reporting in a timely manner.
- Maintain relationship with approved maintenance contractor(s), subcontractors, and establishment of Maintenance Contract(s) as required to
ensure that Fleet managed by airline maintained to the established
standards.
- Ensure that all continuing airworthiness records and Technical Log
managed and retained as per Part-M requirements.
- Ensure that Certificate of Airworthiness for each aircraft managed by
operator remains valid.
- Ensure Maintenance Check Flight carried out when necessary.
- Ensure all applicable maintenance data and other technical publications
kept up-to-date.
- Corrective action to audit findings taken in a timely manner.
- Ensure that Safety and Quality Standards met and maintained within the
organization.
- Ensuring that all maintenance are correctly certified and that records of
maintenance carried out retained safely and securely for the statutory
period.
- Selection and establishment of maintenance contracts with contractors
(Approved Maintenance Organization) and Sub-contractors.
- Continuous monitoring of the manpower and resources plan needed to
achieve the objectives of the Continuing Airworthiness Management
Organization, including man-hour calculation to identify manpower
requirements.
- Ensure that competency staffs recruited and their continuation/recurrent
training are up-to-date to perform the continuing airworthiness function.
- Perform Competency Assessment for all personnel of continuing
airworthiness coordination staff.
