Duties and Responsibilities:
•Receive the Tender Documents and examine the documents.
•Evaluating and recommending contractors and subcontractors.
•Pricing of Variations order as per Client Instructions.
•Evaluate and discuss contractor's claims for Covid.
•Prepare monthly payment application, follow up the Engineer's approval and timely on account Payment in line with the contractual clauses.
•Evaluate and discuss contractor's claims for extension of time.
•Taking off Quantities, perform Re-measuring and checking with BOQ.
•Overseeing the preparation and negotiation of contracts, subcontracts, and purchase orders.
•Checking and verifying Quantities for the subcontractors.
•Maintaining subcontractor invoices and certifying payments.
•Attend Internal and External Pre-Commencement Contract Meeting.
•Rate evaluation as per subcontractor's quotations.
•Material calculation and preparing Material On-Site.
Working with Generic Engineering Technology allowed me to create more partnerships with customers that would ensure a steady flow of work. I was able to build relationships with clients that we could trust for their quality of work and reliability. This enabled us to better manage our resources and focus on providing the best service possible. Furthermore, these partnerships allowed us to plan for future projects and develop strategies that would maximize our output.
Duties and Responsibilities:
•Prepare monthly Client payment application, follow up the Engineer's approval and timely on account Payment in line with the contractual clauses.
•Identify additional contractual works, estimation, substantiation and forwarding for approval.
•Visit to the site for verifying Subcontractor's work done.
•Negotiating with sub-contractors final Accounts
•Rate Analysis and preparing cost comparisons.
•Control project scope and meticulous tracking of project progress to enhance project deliverables.
•Ensuring compliance with the contract documents; drawings, conditions of contract, Bill of Quantities, and specifications.
•Prepare commercial reports for commercial review meetings.
•Quantity take-offs for ordering purposes, material enquiries and procurement.
