• Attend for Site Survey of Projects & AMC to meet the requirements and prepare quotation and send it to the client.
• Design fire detection equipment, alarm systems, sprinkler & fire hose reel systems and fire extinguishing devices and systems.
• Follow the NFPA & DCD Code Standards to execute as per the requirements of the Fire Alarm and Fire Fighting System.
• Preparing the Detail schedule for the AMC which is been awarded to us and schedule it and will coordinate with maintenance engineer to achieve the service on date and time.
• Preparing AMC contract by requesting the client for necessary documents and upload via online in DCD Site and delivery on time for good relationship and promising word as scheduled.
• In handle all the stocks items in the office which is been purchase for project or maintenance and handle the in and out materials in details and estimate the items which is been out and meet the actual costing used for the required project.
• Taking decision to choose the best supplier and get the quote from them for the items necessary for our requirement as per site condition and provide them Purchase Order and purchase those items by myself direct to them and have full knowledge about the purchase.
• Requesting invoice for the clients & supplier’s and will go direct for receiving the payment and deposit the payment in bank and will finalise the payment as per our requirement in site or anyother uses.
• In handle with clients for the projects and coordinate with them for their needs and requesting them for the payment as per the progressive and handle any issue occurred in site and will coordinate with our projects team to clear out the issue.
• Attend’s all the emergency calls from our client for all the AMC Site and will coordinate with our maintenance team to clear out the issue or if any changes required to replace or install new items will send the quotation to client and will explain the situation for process for it.
• Will attend the DCD inspection for our project or AMC Sites.
• Taking BOQ for the new enquires received from clients and will request them for site suvery if necessary and provide them the actual costing required for the project and provide them
Quotation.
• Preparing Certificate & coordinate with the supplier providing details to them for the items installed in the project site and receiving those certificate by direct and will prepare installation certificates and will go direct to Dubai civil defense go getting DCD Stamp and will submit to our client as per promised date.
• Posses knowledge in handling clients in any pressure situation and handling the project teams as our schedule and finish all the project on given time.
• Design and prepare drawing layout as per my proposal following NFPA & DCD Code for Fire system and provide to client as per their needs.
