Leading the strategic planning process for Edinborough products portfolio.
Implementing the marketing plans by working with internal and external suppliers & agencies to deliver in a timely manner and on budget.
Drive product launches including working with public relations team, executives, and other product management team members.
Responsible to source, negotiate and purchase materials from vendors.
Evaluate vendor’s quotation to ensure that they are in line with the technical and commercial specifications required for the project.

Develop and implement key account, Trade promotion, In-store promotion and Direct consumer promotion plans.
Co-ordinate with sales supervisors and their representatives and merchandisers to achieve the agreed sales and promotional targets.
Managed the entire LIGHTING product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities.
Managed global supply sources from India, China, and South Korea.
Determines product pricing by utilizing market research data, reviewing production & sales costs, anticipating volume and special & customized orders.
New product development & launch.
Drive the brand to reach market leadership.
Specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers and non-customers.
Compile and report on daily, weekly, and monthly sales numbers.
Work with retail team in analyzing monthly sales and marketing data.
