Working as Senior IT Officer (Head of IT ) in Techno Q Managing the daily Operations of IT which includes planning, designing implementation and maintenance of complete IT Infrastructure which includes Avaya IP office Telephony, Hyper -V Virtualization, Microsoft Infrastructure solutions (Active Directory, Exchange, System Center 2012 Suite, Sql 2008 & 2012, Windows Azure, Office 365), Avaya Wireless controller and AP’s, Dell & Fujitsu Storage, Sonicwall Firewall.

Project Lead for any new IT Projects in the Company.
Responsibilities : Design, Implementation & Maintenance of IT Infrastructure.
Lead for the IT Support Team.
System administrator & Security Consultant for Microsoft technologies such as Exchange, Sharepoint, SCCM, forefront Products.
I worked as a Network Engineer and managed the complete IT infrastructure of our Organization.
Also worked as a consultant to our Clients
Worked as a network analyst for IBM client BHPBilliton.
I was the Trainer for the BHPBilliton Account.
