Design Supervision- Development of Design Brief in line with operator requirements and Budget, Concept to detailed design, co-ordination between Operators, architect, Interior Designers, MEP Consultants and other supporting consultants. Incorporation of local regulations and follow up for approvals

2. Worked as Assistant Project Manager for ITC Limited. From Jan 2007 to October 2008
• Co-ordination with Architects and other Consultants for developing sign concepts and preliminary budgeting, Detailed design and Budgeting.
• Involve in the process of Tender preparation, floating, evaluation and Finalization.
• Development and generation of project plans and schedules using MSP.
• Monitoring the project inline with Time, Cost, Quality and Safety.
• Co-ordination with different service providers during the construction stage inline with the project plan.
