After the completion of the previous project my next project was the challenge of completing a 80m integrated bridge with 4 spans and its approach roads over 350m within one year. My responsibilities include:-
• Proper Inspection of site prior tendering.
• Proper management of materials and workmanship was ensured.
• Maintained a good co-ordination with the government staffs to ensure smooth flow of work.
• Prepared Revised estimate for the work.
• Bill preparation and its follow-ups was properly done.
• Prepared Bar bending schedule.
• Provided CAD drawings as per the request of government staff in time.
• Prepared levels and cross section drawings for road works.
• Managed project budgets, tracked expenses, and implemented cost-saving measures where possible.
• Good knowledge in PWD government works, billing and its execution.
As a result of my hardwork and talent I was promoted as a project manager which boosted my self confidence. My responsibilities as a project manager includes:-
• Made a team for the project, scheduled works and divided the works for site engineers and maintained DPR for the project.
• Ensured completion of work on-time with minimal labour and expenses and without loosing quality.
• Maintained a good relationship with consultant KITCO Ltd.
• Good negotiation skills when coordinating between clients and management.
• Conducted weekly meetings to monitor the work progress
• Keeping team members engaged and motivated throughout the project.
• Managing project budgets, tracking expenses, and optimizing resource allocation.
Started working as a trainee for 1 month and was hired as site engineer when the 103 crore rupees(1.39 million USD) project of 4 buildings and one auditorium started.
• Single handedly completed 51, 000sq.ft G+9 building work on time with available resources.
• Responsibilities includes:-
• Prepared Bar bending schedule.
• Oversaw construction activities, monitored progress, and resolved on-site issues to ensure quality and safety standards were met.
• Maintained proper DPR.
• Able to analyze problems and develop practical solutions quickly.
• Thorough understanding of the BOQ for the project.
• Co-ordinated labours and subcontractors in the project
• Ensured proper output of work is met by the labours
