implementation of project KEO HSE Management plan;
Comply with Client HSE Procedures and reporting requirements; conduct general HSE inspection on site and compliance reports;

Assist contractor implement KEO HSE management system on site and providing HSE training to KEO employees and contractor staff; Report on the implementation and effectiveness of the SMS by KEO site team;
Attend construction progress meetings and chair Project HSE meetings and participate in HSE audit of the contractor performance.
Accountable for ensuring compliance with all Expo 2020 and UAE labor laws & worker welfare standard and requirements, to provide Quality Assurance regarding the worker welfare implementation measures and strategy, undertake audits and inspection on contractors’ worker welfare policies, and procedures and workers accommodation & welfare arrangements/facilities and generate reports.
To liaise with the contractor and client welfare & project management team regarding the welfare updates, reports and concerns, Focus on Workers welfare standards and improve quality of life for the work force.

• Provide advice to the project management on health, safety and environment issues.
• Ensured that all construction activities were carried out in safe manner and in adherence to the company safety policy, statutory rules & regulations and guidelines.
• Develop and implementation of company HSE Plan & procedures.
• Undertake regular safety inspections and prepare report to the project management.
•Maintaining all safety related records and files associated with the project.
• Coordinated with senior management in undertaking and implement of risk assessments.
•Establish and monitor the Permit to Work and Lock & Tag out system.
•Prepare and deliver toolbox talks to workers & supervisors as well and maintaining records.
• Conduct internal Safety audits to determine compliance levels.
• Develop and deliver the workers safety induction ensuring that all workers receive an induction prior to starting work.
• Undertake accident/incident investigations and ensure that the written investigation report is provided to senior management with proper preventive measures.
• Chairing Meeting with clients, Consultant and sub contractors.
• Manage and implement safety award program and other incentive schemes
• Prepare Weekly & Monthly safety reports and statistics records.
• Identify training needs and arrangements of training & maintain records.
• Environmental Protection and Controls through proactive management system.

• Promotion of high level safety awareness and safety attitude among all workers.
• Plant inspection and inspection of rigging, slinging, lifting tools, cranes and convey safe Mechanical or technical procedure.
• Conducted site inspection on regular basis and monitor the work site to avoid unsafe practices & conditions.
• Liaise with consultant and main contractor for all matters relating to health and safety.
• Carried out periodic inspection of labor camp, first aid & welfare facilities, fire protection equipment and other emergency handling equipment provided in the construction site.
• Provided guidance to employees about safe handling of flammable liquids, gases and toxic materials.
• Managed environmental matters; monitor and manage waste generation & pollution and disposal.

• Followed up on all safety procedures to achieve successful completion of project at zero accident rates without sustaining any losses.
• Ensured maintenance of protective & safety devices to keep them in good condition.
