proposals and the way forward.
• Studying site conditions, drawings and design aspects.
• Validate design issues and suggest alternate solutions.
• Estimation of materials required.
• Preparations of material submittals.
• Taking necessary material approvals from the clients as
required.
• Sourcing of all the materials with competitive bidding process.
• Preparation of an overall plan for meeting the committed Project
completion targets.
• Coordination of HVAC, Fire Fighting and Plumbing.
• Scheduling of workforce as per the priority and availability of
tasks.
• Monitoring all MEP works.
• Follow-up on the works with respect to both quality and project
schedule.
• Preparations of RFI.

DESIGN EXPERTISE
HVAC
• Heating and cooling load calculations using ASHRAE codes.
• Proper ventilation using ASHRAE codes.
• Duct system designing considering SMACNA codes.
• Selection of units like AHU, FCU etc. as per the Zone
conditions.
• External static pressure calculations.
• Selection of Diffusers, Registers and Grills considering noise
control and local availability.
• Chilled water pipe sizing and pump selection.
• Chiller sizing considering total load and future expansions.
Fire Fighting
• Sprinkler selections, positioning and pipe sizing using NFPA13.
• Positioning of hose reel, hose cabinet, landing valve, hydrants
and breeching inlet as per NFPA.
• Riser selections as per site conditions and local climatic
conditions.
• Riser pipe, Tank and Pump sizing considering NFPA 14, 20, 22.
Plumbing
• Designing of tank considering water requirements of national
authorities like DEWA, AEWA.
• Pump head calculation
• Designing of water supply lines like terrace ring, external duct
lines, and internal concealed lines using plumbing fixtures.
• Designing of solid waste lines, water waste lines, chambers and
connection to STP with proper slope.
