5.Cable selection and voltage drop calculation.
6.Lighting layout and Load level calculation.
7.Cable tray, trucking etc. selection and calculation.
8.Electrical system maintenance periodic, preventive maintenance
(Transformer, Generator, Motor, Lighting System).
9.Preparation of load schedule.
10.Project planning and estimation.
11.Preparation of BOQ.

Project: Project Management Consultant to Implement Area Based Development,
Smart City Kochi.
Client: Cochin Smart Mission Limited (CSML)

Making survey, Design, Preparation of DPR, Estimation and Supervision of- On-grid Solar Projects, LED street lights, Smart Energy Meters, Multi storied Buildings, Underground cabling with RMU installation, Aerial bunched cabling of existing electrical network and Development of Electrical Infrastructure in Kochi urban area.

Duties and Responsibilities includes;
1.To effectively carry out all works related to Project Management from tendering to site supervision, including day to day monitoring of the project, quality checks as per the standards and specifications, preparation and review of project schedule including its monitoring and updating.
2.To record measurements in time in the Measurement Books as per the procedure.
3.To maintain various registers, test reports, ISO documents and other requirements of client.
4.To perform material approvals and coordinate with Head Office for any clarification/approvals.
5.To correspond with Contractors and other stake holders for project execution (Letters and Transmittals).
6.To monitor the quantities on regular basis and in case of deviations/requirement of new item, obtain approval and clearance in advance (BOQ variations).
7.To liaison with Contractors and authorities for final completion and handing over of the Project.
8.To coordinate with other disciplines for seamless and overall completion of the Project.

Duties and Responsibilities includes;

Erection, testing and commissioning of distribution transformers, Electric pole
erection (LT & HT), Construction and conversion (1 phase to 3 phase) of Over
head lines (both LT and HT) and their successful commissioning by
implementing standard measures.

Project : Execution of Works for Augmentation of Distribution system in Kozhikode City under Part-B of RAPDRP scheme.

Duties and Responsibilities includes;

1.Erection of DISTRIBUTION TRANSFORMER and DP Structure.
2.Testing and commissioning of DISTRIBUTION TRANSFORMER.
3.Construction and Reconductoring of 11kV HT OH Line and UG Cable.
4.Installation of Capacitor bank and Automatic street light control timer switch.
5.Manpower Mobilization, Work allocation and Coordination, Subcontractor billing with reconciliation of materials.
6.Effective planning, organizing, estimating, scheduling and monitoring of work
activities.
7.Documentation and Quantity surveying.
8.Ensuring the safety precautions throughout execution of HV and LV works.
9.Attend site progress and technical meetings and leading the site activities.
10.Updating the progress to local administration and clients on daily basis.
11.Preparation of Project pre task plan based on the working conditions at the site.

Project; Construction of 110 KV Substation and EHT Transmission lines, Parappanangadi (Kerala State Electricity Board)

Roles and Responsibilities includes;

1.Installation, testing and commissioning of 12.5MVA Transformers and its oil
filtrations process.
2.Installations of Circuit breakers, Isolators, Lightning Arresters, CT and PT in
substation yard as per the standard measures.
3.Erection of Transmission towers (Tension towers and Suspension towers) followed by proper earthing.
4.Stringing of 110kv double circuit EHT overhead lines through transmission towers with disc insulators and their commissioning.
