Core Responsibilities:
• Coordinated and managed the integration of multidisciplinary BIM models (architectural, structural, MEP) to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Led BIM coordination meetings to resolve design clashes and ensure alignment between project teams.
• Developed and enforced BIM execution plans, ensuring all stakeholders adhered to project-specific standards and protocols.
• Conducted clash detection and resolved issues using software like Navisworks and Revit to avoid construction delays.
• Maintained accurate project documentation, including RFIs, RFPs, CVRs, and QS reports, ensuring timely updates and clear communication.
• Supported the creation and review of shop drawings, ensuring they complied with BIM standards and project requirements.
