Set the pre-opening structure of the HR department, select and setup HRIS, recruit the needed number of associates for opening the company, responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department, ensuring standards and procedures are consistently applied, in addition to coordinating activities with other departments in order to facilitate the achievement the company's goals, and for interacting with all levels of managers concerning HR projects, policies and operational decisions.

Handled all the support services of Industry, Energy, Infrastructure, and Transportation has more than (18 projects) in Saudi Arabia of the largest projects (Industry, Energy, Infrastructure, and Transportation) in Saudi Arabia for all required staff from different nationalities (European, Asian and Arabian, and local Saudi) starting from the senior staff "PM" until the junior staff “Inspector”, as well as follow up with the Client's in regard of reports, invoices to support the workforce for best practice and ensure the Client's satisfaction requirements are met.
Provided HR leadership during a period of rapid growth with a better than (17%) increase in annual revenues and (9%) gain in profitability.

Served as a strategic business partner to Hill International business & developed HR strategies, needs assessments, and result in HR solutions.
Analyzed historical and organizational data to improve the efficiency of HR onboarding processes by 19%.
