• prepare/check receipts, DSMR, SRVs and invoices.
• prepare monthly bank and group reconciliations.
• Ensure all Fixed Assets are properly recorded and tagged on timely basis.
•Performing payroll and HR department functions of Fibreglass, Carpentry, Amson furniture, Polymer, Elevators & Escalators and Anytime Fitness divisions.
•Processing of petty cash reimbursement and staff claims on timely basis.
•Assist in financial reporting.
•Support annual audit processes and finance operational matters.
