Roads & Infrastructure (Client: PWA / ASHGHAL)
Project Brief:
The works include Construction and upgradation of roads, Bridges, underpass, Culverts,
relocation & protection of existing services and services including Water, Irrigation, Drainage,
Sewer, Electrical, Street Lighting, Ooredoo, etc.
Projects Summary: Highârise, luxury residential apartments, and Landscape Works (Client: Musherib
Downtown Doha, Phase 1B (MDDPH1B) & Aspire Zone & QAPCO
Project Brief:
The works includes club house including multipurpose hall, swimming pool, bowling center, and
restaurant luxury apartment complex, villas, utility services and authority approvals.
Responsibilities:
ï· Prepared subcontractor packages, drafting contracts, and other correspondence
ï· Advise the appropriate procurement routes

ï· Analyze rates for Labor, Plant & Material, Direct/indirect costs and assist buildâup costing
ï· Tender evaluation, Contractor / Supplier Evaluation and recommendation
ï· Preparation, Review, and approved Interim Payment Application
ï· Prepared and managed project budgets, Cash flow and keeping costs down
ï· Scrutinize tender and contract drawings for ambiguities and discrepancies with the SOW
ï· Assessment, preparation and submission of Variation Orders for approval to client
ï· Prepared Bill off quantities, Estimation.
ï· Coordinate with Client, Engineer and consultant Team and respond to the tenderers queries.
ï· Chaired negotiation, and progress meetings with stakeholders.
ï· Review the contractors claims, Variations and new rates as per contractual provisions
ï· Prepare cost reports for management and other departments.
ï· Preformed cost control activities by using tools such as CVR, CTC, etc.
ï· Assisted to Project Managers on contractual and commercial matters
ï· Maintain log sheets to monitor warranties, bonds, insurances, guarantees, etc., are in place as per contractual
provisions.
ï· Prepared and Submitted potential variations and claims, check for compliance with applicable.
ï· Identified contractual risks and problems and take appropriate action to ensure a satisfactory resolution.
ï· Evaluated and prepared final account/close out for old contracts in (Penultimate and Release of Retentions,
etc.)
ï· Successfully completed many projects with expected profit margins and client satisfaction.
Projects Summary: Proposed Chinese Hotel, Shopping complex and School hostel (B2+G+3)
