Coordinate company sales & purchase functions by Responding to sales inquiries from new and existing customers from one side and clarifying tender conditions, detailed specification and tender status for our supplier from the other side.
•Review tenders documents; including term, condition, specification and drawings
•Research the current market and company tenders history for similar cases to identify company strength, weakness, potential competition, target price and the risk assessment in order to identify tender winning strategy
•Preparing competitive and technical compliance offer for clients by using company data base price if that available, if not, to search for a new competitive supplier
•Evaluate received vendor quotation in terms of technical compliance, price competitiveness and qualifications to Prepare & establish suitable offers & proposals to customers
•Negotiate best price and delivery terms with suppliers &clients.
•Negotiate & Determine methods of payment with suppliers &clients according to company policies.
•Process the order by preparing and awarding POs for the procured items as per the approved evaluation sheets.
•Follow up with freight forwarders and suppliers on delivery of goods on timely manner and to report any delays which will affect other department’s plans.
•Making monthly quotations feedback reports for our principal & monthly reports for our company records.
•Continuous follow up with our clients in order to support award of tendered project to the company
•Monitor and troubleshoot after sales services
offer and supply the customers for R.O systems and water treatment units. .
