Primary responsibility is to ensure that the assigned projects are executed in a professional and timely manner and satisfies Orange international standards. Responsibilities include relationship management of the internal and external designated representative as well as coordination of all internal activities performed by corporate staff.
Responsible and accountable to ensure that all assigned personnel are coordinating their activities with other project participants and that the requirements of the Contract are being satisfied. Expected to have sufficient technical knowledge and awareness of details to be able to recognize when technical problems are developing in the various disciplines, and to initiate appropriate corrective actions .
Selected Achievements:
Leading project of network swap from Ericsson to Huawei for more than 750 sites with budget exceed $20 million US dollar
Successful commission for all new sites with all technologies (2G, 3G, LTE) to be online achieving the targeted KPI.
Performing LTE Pre launch and post launch network optimization and resource utilization.
Leading RFP negotiation with international vendors (Ericsson, Huawei, Nokia) including all technical standards in alliance with Orange group standards, targeted with the lowest cost and great quality.
Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress; coordinating activities; resolving problems.
Maintaining the achieved KPI by optimization followup.
Managing team in synchronized manner to achieve the desired objectives.
Presenting all results to top management on weekly basis.

New Site Surveys, new site selection for both coverage and capacity solutions.
New site database preparation and frequency selection, new site parameters determination BCCH, BSIC, TCH, and neighbors planning.
Capacity and traffic planning: Erlang analysis and configuration planning.
Outdoor and Indoor sites planning.
Managing Hardware distribution, such as: BTS cabinets, Antennas, Splitters…etc
Integrating new Sites coming on air with the existing neighbor sites.
Analyzing Statistic performance of new sites using Ericsson tools such as RNO and collected data from B.O.
Upgrading & downgrading of BTS’s to fulfill increasing or decreasing traffic on the site.
Planning to provide coverage for big Events areas, hotspot, VIP and Royal Court.
Optimizing radio coverage by specifying antenna height, azimuth, equipment Grade, and antenna tilt.
Optimizing worst cells to improve Key Performance Indicator (KPI) such as Drop Call Rate (DCR, Call Setup Success Rate, Traffic Channel Congestion, SDCCH success rate, Hand over Success Rate and identify hardware problems.
Performing simulation for new sites using Asset planning tool (Nokia simulation tool or known as Asset) and optimizing the site specification to meet coverage requirement.
