- Work collaboratively with Product Management, Sales and Engineering to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
- Develop and champion plans with supporting strategies and tactics based on current products and new products that will result in gains in market share and profitability.
- Study the size of market, drivers in the buying decision process, and trends within the market plus maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the competition including details on competitors’ value properties and gap analysis detailing shortcomings from the view point of the customers.
- Training for customers and internal organization.
- Determine, initiate, implement and evaluate this marketing approach, focused on short term, as well as long term activities including budget control.
- Plan and monitor the new product launches in collaboration with MarCom and the sales team.
- Analyze the business and market results and initiate corrective actions where needed.
- Ensure that the segments continuously are processed with relevant marketing messages and events and attend in direct meetings with clients and partners.
- Reviewing product data to ensure that the field force is kept up to date on new developments regarding the companies or competitors products.

• Provide technical solutions and marketing support to key customers on a timely manner from design-in stage to production.
• Interface with mid & top level of executives “Consultants & Ministries”.
• Reviewing product data to ensure that the field force is kept up to date on new developments regarding the companies or competitors products.
• Manage accounts and orchestrate between marketing and sales team.
• Act as point of first reference for all product related inquiries and work collaboratively with colleagues in R&D to address any issues that may arise.
• Work with Product Manager to develop high-impact sales kits, reference design, marketing collateral, go-to-market slides that in line with business strategy and work with sales group to promote products to major customers.
• Provide the sales team with the necessary technical expertise to enable them to sell the product. This involves printed and electronic promotional material, product training, and relevant papers.
• Collaborate with the engineering support team in providing expert knowledge of the products.
• Do training on LED lighting technology.
• Provide technical support to key customers in writing specifications of outdoor & indoor lighting.
• Analyze market for new customers, Key projects and the mean to reach the strategic path.
• Prepare profile of new products.
• Prepare and do technical training on lighting & new lighting technologies for indoor and outdoor applications.
