DESIGNATION : Senior Sales Associate
JOB RESPONSBILITIES:
Assisting the customers and providing them with Excellent Customer Service by giving complete knowledge about the product.
Motivating the customers by negotiating with open ended questions, cross sale, add-on sale and up-selling.
Updating the customers with the newly arrived stocks.
Maintaining Stocks both in back store and sales floor.
Acting Team leader, responsible for allotting sub-staffs respective works & providing them with constant support & motivation.
Part of the management (i.e. admin work, authorize to keep safe key & store key, etc)
Merchandising my respective sections.
Handling cash at till point.
Making Daily Sales Reports and submitting to the line manager.
Motivating the customers by negotiating and providing them cash discounts on purchases.
Maintaining Stocks and managing the counter.
Allotting sub-staffs respective responsibilities & providing them with constant
support & motivation.
Making Daily Sales Reports and submitting to the head.
