▪ Direct and oversee all assigned construction and development
projects from conception to the finished structure including project
planning, management, execution, completion and handing over

Responsibilities:

• Develop a work plan for the project team, manage scope, estimate costs, develop delivery schedules as a roadmap for the construction team, and review the project to determine the project progress as per the plan and budget.
• Generate the BOQ, prepare material and manpower requests, and direct the technical team to ensure that the design, engineering, procurement and construction activities are managed in compliance with contract requirements.
• Follow up with the Governmental bidding on the “Etimad” platform, the Gov. Purchasing platform, & the National Water Company NWC’s official site to optimize bidding selection based on technical specs, table analysis, plans, inventory, preliminary pricing and setting the initial competitive pricings.
• Prepare the requirements for the technical & financial presentation to apply for the bidding.
Key Projects:
• Water lines in Eastern Al-Raka & various other Districts in Al Khobar, with a value of 10 million SAR.
• Rain drainage systems in Al-Khobar 10th Level - 1st Phase with a value of 46 million SAR.
• Rain drainage systems in Al-Khobar 7th Level - 2nd Phase with a value of 12 million SAR.
• Rain drainage systems in Al-Khobar 4th Level - 1st Phase with a value of 30 million SAR.
• Rain drainage systems in Al-Damam 4th Level with a value of 60 million SAR.
• Rain drainage systems in Saihat & Al-Qatif 3rd Level with a value of 18 million SAR.
• Shifting rainwater drainage project services to Prince Naif’s crossroads development project (Bridges & Tunnels Projects)
• A variety of the company’s projects in Al-Damam, Al-Qatif, & Al- Hasa executing pumping stations, sewerage rising mains, & conventional gravity sewers.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare the requirements for the qualification calls (tech & financial files) and apply on the Etimad platform & the official site for the NWC in accordance with the evaluation standards.
• Upload abstracts to the Etimad platform & the NWC’s site.
• Prepare the Local Content Plan within the governmental system for bidding & purchasing.
• Prepare financial abstracts & documents monthly according to cash flow statements.
• Lead the project team to ensure all project work is being performed to quality standards and is in compliance with design specifications, drawings, budget and schedule.
