• Manage a staff of 45 person (Senior engineers, junior engineers, site inspectors, documents controller, Secretary, and other site staff) Reported to Area Manager who is manage 3 projects in Makkah Area.

• Unit sizes range from 540 sq m to 600 sq m.

Duties:
• Encouraging continuous improvement through the measurement and reporting of the key operational aspects to senior manager.
• Providing specialist direction on unusual or difficult engineering issues.
• Liaising with client representatives, other professionals within design teams and contractors’ representatives during construction.

•Ensure total quality management on-site are strictly followed as per Approved Design Drawings,

• Check material submittals.
•Coordinate with the contractor regarding Site Inspection & Acceptance of partially completed works including preparation of Request for Inspection (RFI) prior to the next activity.
•Check Technical Query (TQ) for consultant action/s by providing resolution/s to all problems & conflicts encountered on-site.

- In charge of supervising and technical / financial Administration Of the construction works.
- The Project consists of complete sewage for 15 villages:
- 11 sewage treatment plants (10 with oxidation ditches and 1 with lagoons system).
- 22 sewage pumping station.
- 40 km force mains DCI pipes of DN 150 up to DN 400.
- 7, 000 manholes circular & square and plain & reinforced concrete.
- 180 km gravity sewers UPVC AND VC pipes DN 175 up to DN 700.
- 800 KM interconnection lines with 29, 000 inspection chambers.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Handling the QC works checking of all activities like the piling has been done properly by the contractors as per the plan, site clearing marking by the surveyor, excavation, backfilling, compacting with the specified material to the required strength and monitor with the third party certified testing company, dewatering as per the method statement, integrity test for piles, and giving comments to the concerned site QC Inspector to monitor as per the method statement, inspection test plan and approved materials as per the specification.
• To ensure that the inspection program is done by the QC inspectors as per the daily program at site.
• To check monthly report of the steel from the supplier is certified by the third party testing company.
• Follow inspection and test plan for the civil, structural and building works and carries out the various stage inspections and tests, record findings, prepare various reports.
• Receive instructions, documents, technical specifications and details regarding civil, structural and building works.
• Preparation of all check lists required for inspection of construction activities.
