1. Working with X-cite and Costa Coffee, I lead support to open new shops and showrooms in Riyadh. Preparing Data rooms, Installing switches and routers, wireless access point and POS machines. Follow up with vendors for installation of Internet/Data Links.
2. Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
3. Respond to queries either in person or over the phone.
