•Monitor daily ongoing market currency rate and decide the buying and selling rate for each currency to attract new customers and Identify potential customer or business.
•Deal with all customer complaints and find suitable solutions or inform and follow up such complaints with Customer Care Cell in Head Office.
•Exploring the new offers for customers to attract them to be a permanent customers by providing the best solutions for them " customer's financial needs"
