As a Safety Manager, the main duty is to ensure the Safety Plan implementation in accordance with OSHAS.
Part of my role as a Safety Manager is to develop a safety plan for the projects as well as evacuation plan for all type of facilities and then get it approved by the consultant (Client Rep.). Some of the projects that were successful:
Sharma Complex (Consultant; Al-Diar)
KAIA Project (Consultant Dar Al Handasah)
PNU Project (Consultant; Dar Al Hanadash)
SBI Project (Consultant; Archen ED)
KAIFH Project (Consultant; AC Harris)
CAP 3 Project (Consultant; Proger)
Also, it is my duty to ensure a safe environment for the project by identifying the hazard and set all the required mitigation measures as well as deploying the required Safety Officers across the project to ensure full control and monitoring. The following summaries my regular tasks in any project under my supervision:
