Processing academic progress rules, student grades, transcripts, degree audits, and other relevant academic information.
Preparing the master schedule of the university in all of its aspects (course offering, time, instructors and exams) including the management of the Banner system.
Creating the university calendar
Prepare statistics about the students and their activities to the university administration and other government agencies
Resolving conflicting schedule issues such as time conflict and students preferences.
Helping students with their schedule including adding and dropping of courses.
Introduction and update of the degree audit system ensuring that all eligible graduates complete all graduation requirements.
Pursuance of Add / Drop procedure
Coordinating requests for appropriate student record information and verification of student enrollment, academic progress and academic qualifications
Mentoring the students on using the Banner self service.
To provide students with academic plans to their specialization
Other functions of registration such as the issuance of transcripts and auditing the final grades.
In addition to student affairs committee (pursuance of student activities, participate in election preparation & results announcement )
