Key Person for supporting and maintaining 25 remote sites and provides end-user support to wide layer of users based on SLA.
Install and configure Computers, Hardwires, Softwares (OS, Applications), CCTV and Network components (Routers, Switches and IP phones).

Inspecting newly finalized projects based on internal Quality Assurance standards.
Evaluate all IT assets based on ITIL standard, and Update IT assets management databases.
Contributing to implemented hardware and software updates in all Sites to assure continued system up time.
Controlling and troubleshooting Servers.
Controlling Active Directory and Perform/verify schedule backup.
Enable permission to access resources maintaining the access right.
Managing the user environment by using group policy.
Troubleshooting and installation company computer, Printers, faxes, copier, scanner and telephone.
Physical checks of system.
Setting up &Configuring Network VPN connection, Assigning IP addresses in multiple subnet masks and (LAN, WAN) troubleshooting.
Inspect & maintain the Conference System.
Provide inputs and recommendations for IT related software and hardware.
Providing technical support to a wide range of location & users. (Over 200 users and 11 locations).
Responsible for dealing with any computing related problem: hardware, software.
Setting up new users' desktops, laptops and printers
Supporting all Microsoft operating systems and applications.
Laptop and PC's Maintenance.
Configure local area networks.
Technical trouble-shooting of employee’s email accounts
