VRO Operations Head: 1- Strategy Planning & Performance Management Consulting Advisor/ Ministry of Interior, Ministry of Justice, Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Tatweer Transit Company (TTC)/ (Government owned company)
Duties:
• Take a lead on strategy development and processes to ensure that the entities have a long-term vision, strategy and plan to achieve long-term impact.
• Ensures that entity’s strategy is well cascaded over sectors and departments & executed, develop strategy maps, themes & processes to ensure that strategy execution is continuously reviewed and monitored.
• Produce entity clear, concise, SMART Objectives that overcome the value gap and annual operational plans that are aligned with the strategic directions of the entity.
• Assist entities to translate plan into operational action points by setting strategic measures & targets to enable the wider entity departments to participate in its delivery.
• Initiate the roadmap of strategic initiatives, dependencies and priorities.
• Align entities operational & strategic levels by using Balance Scorecard (setting up the KPIs).
• Lead on reporting performance against plan, ensuring that the Senior Leadership can make decisions based on clear evidence and trends.
• Ensures that entity’s and departmental strategies and plans are aligned and targets are communicated.
• Supervising strategic initiatives budgeting and follow up with funding parties.
• Responsible for assuring the quality, effectiveness, and efficiency of services & processes provided by the Strategy Management staff through effective management oversight and controls, including routine evaluation of staff.
• Develops and achieves goals for Office of Strategy Management (OSM) in support of the organization’s strategic plan.
• Develops, updates, and maintains department policies and procedures in accordance with entity policies, laws and regulation.
• Evaluating performance and identifying lessons learned to inform the new entity strategy.
• Supervise the process of maintaining and developing of indicators and measures used to evaluate organizational performance and make decisions.
• Monitor & follow up the execution of the initiatives and projects that came up from the strategy.
• Update/refresh the strategic plan as needed.
• Propose preventive / corrective actions to ensure that entity strategic objectives will be achieved.
• Manages and maintains documentation of all of the strategy management, performance management and excellence process activities.
• Coaches and mentors junior members of the office, developing their skills and capabilities so that they can contribute more effectively towards the attainment of organizational goals.
• Manage internal & external Stakeholders Expectations.
• Supervise Risk management (RM) approach & implementation for strategic level.
• Conducting Awareness sessions & trainings workshops regarding Strategic Planning & Execution, Performance Management System & Balanced Score Cards (BSC), and Change Management & Organizational Excellence.
VRO Operations Head: 2- Initiatives Management (IM), Change & Communications Management (CM) Consulting Advisory/ Ministry of Interior, Ministry of Justice, Ministry of Islamic Affairs
• Duties:
• Overseeing the IM & CM functions.
• Review & enhance all the deliverables and documents related to CM & IM functions.
• Facilitate and communicate the IM & CM roles & responsibilities throughout the entities.

Human Resources
• Manages global HR issues related to organizational operations.
• Supervise HR Team at EPM with field oversight.
• Develop and monitor annual departmental budget, goals and objectives and annual operational/work plan for both HR and Administration teams.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of HR related transactions.
• Plans, implements, and manages the human resources function for EPM, including recruiting, employee relations, regulatory compliance domestic & global compensation, benefits, staff development, and employee communications.
• Responsible for staffing, employee education and training, management development, compensation and benefits, employment contracts.
• Serve as a resource for managers; coach and mentor senior managers to effectively use the full range of HR tools such as the performance process.
• Investigates employee relations issues such as disciplinary, grievances, equity issues.
• Maintain a comprehensive and competitive compensation and benefits program to support EPM ability to attract and retain high quality and well qualified employees.
• Manage HR related external vendors such as payroll and benefits administrators.
• Manage employee immigration processes to include tracking of visas, coordinating filings, employee communications, and coordinating with legal counsel.
• Prepares job descriptions and prepares and updates EPM employee handbook.
• Manages and coordinates departmental activities as it pertains to EPM rules and regulations, policies and practices and advises relevant staff on implementation
• Serves as subject matter expert on compliance and adherence to HR standard operating procedures.
• Partners with heads of departments to develop HR programs that support project goals.
• Effectively communicate HR policies, procedures, programs and laws organization-wide.
• Implement, review and continuously improve HR services and processes; make recommendations and assist departments in implementation.
• Work with managers to identify performance goals and objectives, standards of measurement and accountability.
• Develop and manage EPM performance evaluation program and ensure staff progression and development.
• Builds capacity and coordinates training and development activities in support of EPM strategic plan including management and leadership development.
Administration
• Oversees administrative EPM staff in maintaining files and centralize databases.
• Supervise legal and insurance relationship for the organization.
• Manage EPM facilities administration.
• Serves as the go-to for EPM inquiries and conflicts
• Tracks EPM supply inventory and approves supply orders.
• Assists in the preparation of EPM budgets and expenses.
• Maintenance of personnel files and Personnel Action Forms.
• Develop, manage and implement personnel policies; develop a Human Resource Information System (HRIS)

•Conducting business, strategic, tactical and operational planning at the level of the directorate of facilities management and public parks.
•Being a member for re-structuring of the public works sector (Facilities Management Directorate, Transportation Directorate, Fleet Directorate, Engineering Directorate and Roads Directorate) as well as a member of the committee of restructuring the whole GAM.
•Being a member of the team who is responsible for process re-engineering and process streamlining at GAM departments and districts.
•Being a member of the team who is responsible of process determination, mapping and designing for all the managerial units thought out GAM.
•Working within processes criteria team (king Abdullah II award for Excellence) for design and document processes for GAM departments & districts.
•Working within the people criteria team (king Abdullah II award for Excellence) for GAM departments & districts.
•Preparation and documentation of work and processes procedures in the directorate and the follow-up of adjustment by the interest of work and quality, health & safety systems requirements that applied to the Directorate.
•Improve the level of service provided to the stakeholders through specialized studies and within the business services provided by the Directorate (agricultural, civil, electrical, mechanical, production and security).
•Revising & supervising plans and procedures of facilities & public parks security.
•Revising & supervising facilities firefighting systems & evacuation plans.
• Revising & supervising facilities safety standards & procedures.
•Supervising and managing of communication processes within the directorate both internally and externally.
•Performance monitoring and controlling of departments and implementation of criteria and standards.
•The development of working methods, tools and mechanisms, respectively and develop criteria for measuring the performance of all functions and services in the directorate, in coordination with the concerned parties.
•Propose specifications and quality, health & safety systems & standards in coordination with other parties concerned.
•Supervision and follow-up for contracts of outsourcing.
•Supervision and follow-up of tenders for various Directorate departments and the preparation of technical specifications of tenders.
•To calculate the costs of operations, products and services provided by departments of the Directorate.
•Supervise and follow-up to the requirements and procedures for public safety services within the Directorate.
•Clarify the responsibilities and authorities of the staff through the preparation and submission of job descriptions relating to their functions.
•Provide the Executive Director of the facts on the performance of departments, to make & take decisions on the directorate.
•Follow-up customer complaints on departments.
•To investigate the satisfaction of the service recipients and stakeholders through the preparation and distribution of questionnaires level of services provided by departments of the Directorate, analyze and discuss it with concerned parties.
•Carry out awareness for the departments of the Directorate of the importance of quality, health & safety systems in the provision of services and products.
•Creating a culture of strong focus on the stakeholders within the Directorate.
•Create an environment that supports and maintain continuous improvement.
•Organizing of seminars, training programs and workshops on quality, health & safety systems in coordination with the concerned parties.
•Supervision of staff training on the development of processes and procedures and methods of simplification.
•Follow-up remedial actions and preventive actions to the faced obstacles.

• Being member of the team who is responsible for process re-engineering and process streamlining at GAM departments and districts.
• Being member of the team who is responsible of process determination, mapping and designing for all the managerial units thought out GAM.
• Determination of processes effectiveness based on key performance indicators (KPI’s) for the major processes at GAM departments and districts.
• Being responsible of establishing Quality, Environment, Health, Safety & Security Systems at GAM departments & districts.
• Following up the application & effectiveness of Quality, Environment, Health, Safety & Security Systems in GAM departments & districts through out regular visits & reporting to the top management.
• Making internal audits on the Quality, Environment, Health, Safety & Security Systems implemented in GAM departments & districts.
• Following up the changes related to the Quality, Environment, Health, Safety & Security Systems, trying to improve implemented quality management system implemented in GAM.
• Accredited Trainer to Perform Lectures related to Quality, Environment, Health, Safety & Security Systems, Total Quality Management (TQM) and ISO 9000:2000 for GAM employees.

• Surveying market trends necessary to further improve Bridgestone, Firestone & products from technical & marketing aspects.
• Investigating the suitable of new products for the markets.
• Carrying out & follow various testing of products.
• Recommending products suitable for distributors & customers.
• Furnishing distributors & customers with technical & marketing information by means of written reports, technical bulletins & training.
• Submitting timely written reports on technical & marketing matters investigated or surveyed.
• Carrying out any other duties that would promote the products of Bridgestone Corporation in the territory (Jordan, Syria, Lebanon & Cyprus).
