- BIM MEP Engineer (Feb. 2015- Now) responsible for :
• Work under the supervision of BIM Project Manager.
• Responsible for drawing review, RFI production & coordination of BIM models & related aspects for multi-disciplined building construction projects.
• Work includes 3D BIM model production, clash analysis & Eng. reviews.
• Work includes
- Supervision Mechanical Engineer (June 2014-Feb. 2015) responsible for:
• Assures Mechanical, Fire Fighting & Plumbing systems matching Design.
• Assures product quality by testing methods, confirming assembly & installation processes.
• Prepare Daily work schedule & daily report of project progress.
• Coordinate Commission team for Testing and commission of Project.
• Preparing snags during commissioning and handover to contractor.

• Msheireb in Qatar using Revit.
• Salwa Resort in Qatar .
• Panorama Residence & Suites, Qatar .

• Holding Interviews with different companies to offer our products and I am Responsible for all sales activities, Develops & implements agreed upon Marketing Plan which will meet both personal & business goals of expanding customer base in the marketing area, Works within the sales and support teams for the achievement of customer & consultant engineer satisfaction, and long-term account goals in line with company vision and values.
Design vibration & seismic control for HVAC, Fire Fighting & Plumbing Equipments according to specification of consultant engineer.
• lead and supervise a group of technicians to the maintenance and the installation of the vibration & seismic control for equipments.
• Selection of Fans, Dampers, Air Outlets (Diffuser & Grilles), Temperature &
Pressure Gauges, Computer room unit, VAV, Electric Duct Heaters,
Expansion Tanks according to specification of consultant engineer.
• Coordinate and deliver tasks to consultant engineer and owner in the site.
