Role and Responsibilities:
-Restructure, build and lead the new areas’ team to follow the company’s process
-Resolve any operational issues in order to achieve the company’s objectives.
-Leading and influencing other supporting functions (Accounts and Logistics)
- Leading headcount of 50-60 Employees
Key Accountabilities:
• Develops the sales forecasts by product, month, area, and channel for the assigned district.
• Set and plan sales budgets in line with company overall profitability targets as assigned by National Sales Manager.
• Meet weekly, monthly and annual sales targets for each brand and product at assigned district.
• Build and maintain healthy relationships with key clients.
• Responsible to operate within the limits of approved expense budget.
• Provide timely update for the National Sales Manager on the developments of all sides of the business within the district.
• Maximize distribution activities for own assigned areas and optimize distribution and visibility as well as monthly and quarterly distribution initiatives.
• Supervise sales activities within assigned areas and units to ensure sales targets are met.
• Assist in the development and improvement of sales staff capability and skills.
• Follow-up on collection of outstanding payments from customers and retailers to ensure all outstanding amounts are collected in a timely manner.
• Report on competitions’ activities and performance and other relevant information to Sales Manager and/or concerned employees in other departments in the company (e.g. marketing department).
• Reviews and analyzes monthly, weekly and daily sales analysis reports to take appropriate corrective action.
• Allocate individual sales targets to the sales team based on the approved monthly and weekly targets and monitor results on a daily basis to resolve issues as soon as they occur.
• Ensures the effective execution of promotional and special marketing events.
• My key role is in providing and building additional support to the National Sales Manager (NSM) & all District Sales Managers (DM) on all business development aspects related to in house day to day work follow-up & internal communication within the sales department & with other departments especially Logistics, Production, Marketing and Finance.
• Design, develop and the generation of all frequent sales reports covering all sales fundamentals measurements with the business development plan.
• Analyze data and reports from multiple sources, interpret these results and provide insight and recommendations based on the analysis to the NSM.
• Maintenance of sales databases for all customers in order to keep it up-to-date, also manage the sales information with IT & Finance.
• Identify requirements of each SKU vs. monthly/weekly forecast and the impacts of lost sales.
• Insure order process is followed upon the company Standard of procedures (SOP’s).
• Attend the weekly sales & production meeting with the NSM.
• Manage all sales statisticians, sales clerks, sales assistants and sales administrate; and track their performance vs. job descriptions agreed with the NSM.
• Innovation Flame Info. Tech. (Innoflame.com) is a Youth Business establishment provides IT consultation and web solutions to small and medium companies. Innoflame has been in the market since 2005 and was re-lunched in late 2010 with an official office and around 6 full-time employees.
• My main role is to manage the firm’s relation with governmental and semi-governmental sectors in regard of licenses and contracts.
• Additionally, managing the firm, set strategic long-term plans and lead the marketing activities.
• Managing all company’s brands sold in the Saudi Retail Market
• Identifying and creating objectives oriented operational plans to execute brand strategies
• Reports to the General Manager
• Leading and influencing cross-functional and cross-regional teams to achieve the objectives
• Managed and built the category across the regions.
• Preparing the forecast and target by month, region, brand and SKU.
• Worked with the supply chain and finance departments to enhance the ordering process

I have got DISTINCTION degree. The Master Dissertation was about “Factors Affecting the Introduction of Private Label and Building Consumer Acceptance in the Retail Sector in Saudi Arabia.” The programme enables students to develop their knowledge of business management more generally. It reflects the demand for highly qualified managers from a rapidly internationalizing retail sector and one in which the competitive significance of advanced retail marketing practices is increasingly acknowledged. It is highly relevant for future managers in retail and related professional services working in both developed and developing business environments.
