Responsible for leading teams to deliver projects that span across one or more business units. Manage resources, schedules, financial and adhere to all project stage gate quality. Managing issues, risks and project change requests to ensure successful and on time project delivery. Monitor and verify that the projects deliverables are aligned with the required standards and within the specified constrains.
Assistant Project Manager at the O&M management department of the Makkah Holy Haram - PMO construction project, carry out effectively all the activities and tasks of the project manager in his absence.
Manage O&M staff and meetings. Follow-up reporting process. Set-up and review official letters and statements. Collaborate and follow-up with team members the various maintenance requests and take the proper action. Revise and track O&M contractor plans. Participate in revising contractor’s payment requests.
Key Contributions:
- Developed general and detailed frameworks for checking and monitoring the contractor O&M manpower, equipment and materials in coordination with PMO departments.
Spearhead and control all activities related to steel project’s tenders associated with the design review section for Makah Municipality PMO Development Project and report to the PhD head.
Review and edit the preliminary tender documents and drawings for the projects, as well as revised general and special contractual terms and conditions. Improve and streamline project processes by matching technical specifications, design parameters, and compatibility with the proposed local and international codes. Revise BOQ tables to reconcile the other sections of the tender.
Key Contributions:
- Improved project performance by upgrading the design and construction standards for steel buildings tenders to the new international standards; applied on more than 30 tenders.
- Suggested to modify 10+ paragraphs in the "General Standard Specifications Book”, issued by Makkah municipality, to meet the international design and construction codes and standards.
Delivered proactive assistance to manager in day-to-day activities and functions.
Increased reliability by actively carrying out technical support, and all day-to-day operations. Led, motivated, and supported a team of two sales/technical persons to attain company goals.

Supervised the steel-works of the Drivers Accommodation Campus project in Arafat Area, Makkah.

Assisted the engineering manager in receiving and revising RFQ’s from sales departments.

- Reduced the project’s cost and price respectively by presenting out of the box ideas.
- Delivered training to the new estimation engineers.
Supervising the site works of Muzdaleohah W/Cs project. It has included:-
- Preparing the site works.
- Surveying works.
- Excavation works.
- Concrete & finishing works.
Studying included all basics in the civil engineering like mathematics , materials strength, Hidrolics.... etc.
