- Review credit proposals from different regions of K.S.A. and provide in-depth financial, risk, and credit analysis and ensure compliance with bank's policy.
- Analyze and assess financial statements to determine the credit worthiness of existing and potential customers and guarantors, financial health of the company or individual, profitability of company, repayment ability, operating trends, and other various financial indicators.
- Determine the proper facilities and repayment structure.
- Evaluate and approve / reject credit proposals within the delegated authority.
- Evaluate project finance, including review of feasibility studies.
- Direct, coordinate, and follow up credit and risk issues with the regional managers and team leaders.
- Review the periodic reports related to the credit and risk management.
- Achieve set objectives by proactively managing relationship with existing clients and building relationships with new clients.
- Achieve financial targets.
- Implement field visits to corporate clients, existing and prospective, and conduct customers' calls regularly.
- Collect all required documents and information to make a credit decision.
- Analyze and Evaluate clients' financial statements and positions.
- Ensure fulfilling clients' day to day operational needs professionally.
- Interface with operations and other bank's departments to ensure smooth transaction flow.
- Monitor the clients' relationship and utilization of credit facilities.
- Oversee the state of the clients to ensure their solvency, and monitor their performance and raise alerts if there is any early warning signal
- Review and recommend credit requests to ensure adherence to credit policies, and appropriate risk-return propositions.
- Ensure steadiness and growth for both credit facilities and deposits portfolios.
- Review the daily reports related to the corporate department.
- Establishing continuous relationships with clients.
- Preparing all the required information and documents related to the credit report.
