Senior in charge pharmacist, in which I manage my shift team worker, responsible for all the drug types shortage, filling and re-filling insurance prescription of all different insurance companies, check-up all out patient`s prescriptions before release it, manage any problem or accident with customers, training all new staff and trainee are my responsibility.
