Assist team with processing of full cycle payroll for 5000 employees in the US and Canada including multiple States and provinces.
• Maintain knowledge of federal state and local payroll administration laws regulations and best practices both in US and Canada.
• Collect, review and input employee and sub-vendor time and expenses for assigned clients based across all pay cycles weekly, bi-weekly, semi-monthly, monthly and entities.
• Review and respond to any payroll related inquiries from employee’s sub vendors and clients & Ensure all PWP or Net terms payroll are entered and paid when due & collect VMS/MSP time entry and enter for pay and billing.
• Manage client and segment specific pay and bill entries & regularly updating necessary client payment trackers, entering receive time into the appropriate payroll system, preparing and submitting invoice entries into client portals and/or using client specific invoice templates.
• Act as the primary point of contact for specific clients, completing the necessary follow up to ensure the payments are received in a timely fashion, and is collate any concerns or delinquent account to collections Department and/or management as needed.
• Audit various payroll reports for accuracy and Sox compliance. reducing ticket dispatch times by 25%.
