Moved to lead the Modern Trade “Key Accounts” for Unilever in Bahrain. Working in Unilever Bahrain as a Modern Trade Manager has involved me in challenging tasks where I am responsible to look after almost 65% of the company business in Bahrain. Largely, managing a market where some of the global retailers operate serving wide verities of shoppers and consumers to deliver company’s annual target. Main tasks include sales planning, customer development, channel management, Business Development Agreements’ negotiations, market share enhancement. Additionally, internal responsibilities include People Management, Change Management, Channel restructuring, Integrated communication enhancement, and Sustainability Living Plan Adaptation.
Joined Beiersdorf in March, 2011 as a Key Account Executive where my responsibilities include; Sales analysis, Deals negotiation, Implementation of Marketing Campaigns, Growth planning and follow ups, In-Store activities, Outlets visits, Supervision of teams on the ground, and Accounts development. I am handling accounts like Carrefour, Panda, Othaim, and Tamimi.
Continue working for KPMG as a Part-time employee where I was mainly assigned to take the lead of the company’s CSR initiatives in addition to being in charge of the same tasks and assignments during my COOP training.
Trained through an internship program at KPMG Saudi Arabia for seven months. During this time, I gained a good understanding of many concepts in marketing and was exposed to rich experience. I was able to practice my knowledge in the marketing field since my responsibilities involved establishing in-house PR department, Customer Relationship Management, Events management, Branding, Communication, and Publicity.
Worked as a field agent for Derayah Company where my job was to meet clients and take their signatures in order to activate their accounts. This has made me involved in many negotiations with clients plus giving presentations and responding to clients‟ inquiries.
