Managing a team of 140 technology experts, project managers, solution architects, development, preSales, and technology specialists to deliver the Enterprise IT Projects. Responsible for the technical sales and business development of the all services and products of the company specially for high potential accounts including key public and commercial accounts. Technologies include Digital Transformation, Enterprise Architecture, Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), Enterprise Service BUS (ESB), & BI .
Responsible in sales process by direct and indirect sales, Responsible to achieve SAR 20 million as sales quota and responsible of delivering a portfolio of about SAR 80+ millions including Enterprise Architecture, Digital Transformation, Digital Customer Journeys, correspondence management, Integrations, APIs, Front-end Systems and many others.
• Serve as subject matter expert on all proposed technologies and services to our customers.
• Deliver high-impact sales presentations to c-suite level executives, specialize in negotiations and closingSales and Sales Support.

Establish the technical team and build the organizational structure to reflects the vision of the company started with 25 resources with growth 100% every year, responsible on sales and presales by achieving the part of the sales quota SAR 20 million and participated in all sales support technical meetings, support project delivery team and responsible on R&D.

Responsible for the product Integrate and execute each financial market with eBrokerage, by Implementing Market rules of engagement and create the custom message on Active MQ and build it on top of Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) to have the ability to integrate it other systems.
• Implementation and development of OpenESB.
• Integrate the application with ActiveMQ.
• Responsible for the testing life cycle.
• Implement the market Rules of engagement as a set of web services to allow eBrokerage to get the required data from the market.
• Act as a leader to the technical team
• Focusing on creating and delivering BPM as well as SOA discovery sessions, presentations as well as concept training.
Developing tactical solutions that clearly illustrate value proposition and solution ROI. Involved in customer evaluations and
experienced in opportunity qualification. Lead in post-sales delivery from solutions development to leveraging new technologies
to fully demonstrate our unique selling points.
• Provision of sales and technical support to internal staff members, global sales and delivery team.
• Team Lead for global BPM and SOA centre of excellence to create, review and publish best practice assets. Assets include
blueprints, delivery methodology and process lifecycle.
• Fluent in business focused, complex, solution provision to all levels from Senior Executives through to Line of Business
heads and technical IT specialists. Experienced in a variety of vertical industries including Financial Services, Government,
Manufacturing and Logistics.
• Leading Pre-sales activities in the region with a potential pipeline of 6 million USD in 2008, targeted clients were tier1 enterprises & governments in the G.C.C. region.
• Handled time critical projects and closed them successfully.
Working as a senior J2EE developer- I led a team of developers in customizing some of the platform modules and added advanced document management capabilities.
I worked on a workflow system built around MVC2 model. Multitier Struts architecture solutions that provide set of SOA that I utilized in building enhancements on the system.
My involvement focused on developing dynamic websites and standalone client server thin and thick clients. I also covered some roles in system administration.
I also covered some parts as customer relation representative where I was touring high class visitors to RSS.
