To ensure a high level of customer service is provided to all passengers with reduced mobility.
Assist passengers with reduced mobility from the terminal entrance or vehicle drop off point to the check in area, security checks and departure gates until s/he is boarded. Report any accidents or incidents to the shift supervisor.
Work closely with shift supervisor to ensure a smooth process for all Wheelchair passengers

person in case of any missing document.
Prepare and follow up with log department the shipping of all supporting documents on monthly
basis to the coordination.
Sorting, storing and retrieving electronic and hard copy documents.
Creating Database and indexing. Scanning paper documentation and electronic archiving.
Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers.
Sourcing materials, goods, products, and services and negotiating the best or most cost-effective contracts and deals. Handle all Field office Requests PRF, PO, contract and Payment voucher with proper track and filling system outcomes.
Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
Review quality of purchased products.
Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases.
Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices.
Prepare information for billing and medical records, doctors, nurses, patients and family
member.Verify data and correct data where necessary.
Recorded patient information such as patient name/address, physician to prepare medical records
for patients.
Collected personal and insurance information from patient; reviewed data and performed
accurate and timely data entry.
Scan documents and print files, when needed.
