• Manages Data center operations, private cloud operations and provide 24x7 support in running IT operations

• Implement and support VPN services with external stakeholders for integration
• Implement and support unified collaboration solutions such as Jaber, WebEx, VOIP etc.
• Connect branch offices to head office through VPN (e.g. site-to-site VPN)

Manage all aspects of RCY systems.
Manage all aspects of electricity systems (ATS, UPS, Generators, transformers, wiring, etc.), and protect plant integrity.
Manage vendors to ensure installed systems are architected and performing properly.
Ensure that all Operations staff are trained in RCY and Electricity basics and procedures
Develop technical and safety procedures on all D/C equipment and systems.
Develop and maintain (and test semi-annually) disaster plan for D/C activities.
Maintain strong vendor relationships.
Maintain all compliance controlled documents for D/C.
Manage daily tasks and productivity of direct reports - provide direction, training, challenging work and feedback.
Maintain working knowledge of all proprietary tools.
Run the point on all major escalations and ensure all aspects are consistent with the expectations of the organization.
