Position: Project Manager
I am responsible of the successful scheduling, tracking, and implementation of Ericsson derived turnkey projects supporting key customer deliverables to the highest customer satisfaction, while driving Cost, Quality, and Timeliness. I am responsible of improving profitability and customer satisfaction by managing large and complex Network Rollout & Implementation projects.
Project Planning
• Planning, prioritizing and executing a project by working with Account Managers, Operations and Product Managers, and customers. This includes project procurement, integration, time, cost, scope, planning and initiation
• Developing required project documentation identifying project goals and tasks and generating assignments consistent to meet objectives
• Establishing change management procedures, including evaluation and communication for project duration. Developing reporting strategy for the project
Project Execution
• Taking responsibility for project and actively executing to project plan while maintaining quality standards
• Ensuring all commitments are met in accordance with project goals/objectives
• Demonstrating control of equipment deliveries, service costs, project activities and customer hand-over requirements
• Reporting on project financial and scheduling progress based upon project goals
• Ensuring strategy for cost control is used
• Good understanding of project data to predict project success.
• Managing Risks and Scope Changes: • Performing risk management
• Managing change, formulating action plans, and mitigating risk to minimize schedule delays and costs
• Actively taking advantage of change opportunities and recommending new or revised strategies for project integration
Communication
• Core 3 participation and co-lead; organizing and leading a matrixes project team.
• Maintaining clear communication with customers regarding mutual expectations and monitors customer satisfaction
• Building business relationships beyond the project environment
• Organizing and leads a matrixes project team as required
• Providing feedback and focus to all team members
Results Focused
• Effectively managing closure of project through customer final acceptance. Ensures an on-time and in-budget project
• Understanding and assures quality standards are met on assigned deliverables
• Evaluating and communicating final project status
• Utilizing contract information to maximize success of project
• Actively identifying efficiencies for future implementations.
