- Advising managers about objectives per quarter to track their performance within
department.
- Design an organization chart and revise the reporting lines within all organization.
- Create and update job descriptions for all organization.
- Create KPIs for each department for tracking performance and area of improvement.
- Design dashboard for tracking performance and productivity per employee to enhance the
whole business.
- Assessing in Development plan for employee set a TNA to design training dashboard across
the year
- Collects monthly performance data from various stakeholders, analyze performance trends, recommend and follow up corrective actions to improve individual and department of assigned functions.
- Support the managers with best ways possible to solve any current or future issue/challenge between them and one of their team members.
- Responding to employees’ queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Creates and updates job descriptions, leveling and relative PMS sheets.
- Develops KPI’s used to evaluate performance of job holders within assigned functions in alignment with quality team.
- Assessment for employees every 3 months to Design and implement effective training and individual development plan in alignment with Learning and development department.
-Review the prescribed drug order and patient medication sheet for appropriateness.
- Validate for the medication prepared before dispensing to the inpatient care units
- Provide the advice and information related to the medication to improve prescribing to all healthcare staff and especially doctors, nurses.
- Monitoring the therapeutic dose to ensure the dose appropriateness and inform the clinical pharmacist in charge for any finding.
- Actively participate in Staff Development and Performance review
- Prevent, detect and resolve medication related problems to make evidence based patient centered medication therapy recommendation.
- Verify patient medication orders for appropriateness and accuracy
- Provide drug information for patients and all health care team
- Report medication errors and ADRs
- Participates and provides consultation to hospital committees, such as Pharmacy and Therapeutics (P&T)
