total cost of 5 Billion DHS. The Development is a 5 Star Hotel and Serviced Apartments in addition to
retail on G, M +1 levels, The project will be 320m high for the hotel tower and 285m for FV1 & FV2 towers with a
unique architectural outline, While the Link Bridge connecting the retail levels of Fountain View Development with
Dubai Mall, and 2 vehicle circulation levels on the top of bridge to link parking of Fountain Views to Dubai Mall.
Directed cross-functional staff in the delegation of work to allow provision of assistance on projects. Incorporated
applicable codes, construction techniques and sequences in projects, which included all aspects of cross disciplines.
Design with respect to all design disciplines and applicable concern authorities’regulations. Formulated and
submitted design drawings and documents for concerned authorities to attain building permit

Superintended the activities of relevant contractors to ensure that the quality and construction work performed
in accordance with drawings, specifications and local regulations.
* project of Lake Side Residential Neibourhood in the international city for NAKHEEL, which consisted of (30)
buildings in 5 typical types vary in height from B+G+7 floors to B+G+17 floors.
Analysed and reviewed the shop drawing, material and RF’s submittals, frequently attended progress meetings in co-
ordination with Client (Nakheel). Quickly and appropriately resolved complex issues related to contract drawings.
