• Initiation Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, scope, deliverables, and timelines, develop project plans, including budgets, resource allocation, and risk assessments.
• Execution Manage project resources effectively ensuring tasks are completed on time and within budget, proactively identify and address risks and issues that may arise throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitoring and Control track project progress against the plan and make adjustments as needed, analyze project performance data and identify areas for improvement.
• Project Closure Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations, conduct project retrospectives to document lessons learned and identify areas for future improvement.
❖ Project and achievement:
• build implementing Smartsheet operational workflow for request submission and process redesign in Najiz centers across Riyadh, Jeddah, and Dammam streamlined operations, reducing both cost and workload.
• Conducting the first interviews for the candidates.
• Coordination of a second interview of the candidates with the client.
• Set an appointment with the Training Department to start the training
program for the candidates.
• Preparing job offers and taking documents from candidates.
• Export HR ID.
• Preparing employment contracts.
• Enter employee data into the Oracle system.
• Send all paper documents to the archive department.
