-توجيه العاملين بقسم تكنولوجيا المعلومات للقيام بالأنشطة والأعمال المتعلقة بالاتصالات والانترنت وشبكات البيانات.
-ربط هذا الفرع مع جميع فروع ديديمان الموجودة في سوريا وتركيا.
-تشغيل النظم المحاسبية مثل أوبرا ومايكروس.

The works inside offices:
Installing, operating and managing all the servers of the project like (servers of protection, control, transferring, accounting and sharing files)
Installing and operating servers and programs of Petrofac on (petrocps- Citrix) servers
Connection with Damascus offices via light cables of Al Furat Petroleum Company.
Installing and operating phone lines and inside network for 600 work stations.
The works inside the project:
Installing, operating and testing the following systems:
-Installing 284 km of light cable from the factory of Gas to its stations - Shaer SGS, Ebla GTP and T4 Station.
-Conveying the controlling, monitoring and phone signals by means of SDH Systems.
-Operating monitoring systems by means of closed televised circles.
-Atmospheric Conditions Systems.
-Indoors and Outdoors Fire alarming systems.
-Sound Systems in the factory and its stations.
-Audio-video system linking the factory with the stations.
-Wireless phone system.
-Linking between Shaer Station and ebla Gas Factory by means of Satellites VSAT
-Systems of tracing vehicles GPS.

- تركيب وتشغيل وإدارة المخدمات لكافة المشروع مثل (خوادم الحماية والتحكم ونقل ومشاركة الملفات والمحاسبة.
- تركيب وتشغيل المخدمات والبرمجيات الخاصة لشركة بتروفاك على خوادم
(petrocps- Citrix).
- الربط مع مكاتب دمشق باستخدام الكابلات الضوئية لشركة الفرات للنفط.
- تركيب وتشغيل مقسم الهاتف والشبكة الداخلية ل 600 محطة عمل.
الأعمال ضمن المشروع:
- تركيب وتشغيل واختبار الأنظمة التالية:
- 284 كم من الألياف الضوئية الواصلة بين معمل الغاز ومحطاته ومحطة الشاعر SGS، ايبلا GTP ومحطة T4 .
- نقل إشارات التحكم والمراقبة والهاتف عن طريق أنظمة SDH.
- أنظمة المراقبة عن طريق الحلقات التلفزيونية المغلقة.
- نظام الرصد للأحوال الجوية.
- نظام إنذار الحريق داخل المباني وخارجها.
- نظام الصوت في المصنع ومحطاته.
- نظام الاتصال بالصوت والصورة بين المحطات.
- نظام الهاتف اللاسلكي.
- الربط بين محطة شاعر ومعمل ايبلا للغاز باستخدام الأقمار الصناعية VSAT
- نظام تعقب المركبات GPS.
